The SHRM CALIFORNIA LEARNING SYSTEM Course Preparation for the HRCI California Certification
The California HR Certification, sponsored by HRCI and the California State Council of SHRM (CASC), recognizes California's unique legal and regulatory requirements by examining the HR professional's knowledge of California's employment laws, rules and regulations.
In this six week preparation course, attendees will review the specific knowledge areas defined by HRCI which are compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, leaves of absence and workers' compensation and health, safety and security.

The SHRM California Learning System not only serves as a comprehensive study guide for the California certification exam but also as a resource tool for you to use in your daily work life. These materials were designed with the California HR professional in mind as well as the HR professional outside the state whose organization conducts business within the state.
